Main Duties
Job Function
- Providing administrative support, which can include managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and submit requirements to line manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail correspondences
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by line manager
Other Requirements
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor Educational Degree. Preferable – Administration / Computer science
Experience and Skills Required
- Good Communication Skills
- Good English both oral & written
- Able to Maintain contacts with internal and external syakeholders
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work with team.
- Able to work under pressure and extreme conditions.
