Position Description
- The Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing product, brand, and trade marketing activities to drive brand awareness and support sales efforts across d.light's product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer engagement. Supports and drives both offline and online regional marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual country marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Implement brand strategy to build strong emotional connections between d.light, its products, and customers.
- Lead channel and consumer marketing initiatives to support market positioning and brand growth.
- Manage marketing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and consistent execution in line with global brand guidelines.
- Drive content creation and engagement (Lead generation and conversion) on key social media platforms.
- Support customer experience initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a motivated, high-performing marketing culture.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to build awareness and demand

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably involving product, brand, consumer, or trade marketing.
- Experience in fast-paced sectors like Energy, FMCG, Telco, or Services is preferred.
- Good understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong digital marketing and content development capabilities.
- Ability to translate strategies into visual and written marketing assets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
