Main Duties
About the Role
- We are looking for an Accountant (CPAT) who is confident with numbers, organized, and comfortable working in a fast moving logistics environment. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance accuracy with efficiency, manage financial tasks with care, and support the team with clear and reliable financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Financial Records
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Keep documents and financial records well organized.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll and ensure all employee details are accurate.
- Calculate statutory deductions and benefits correctly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and HR.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare clear, timely, and accurate financial reports.
- Analyze financial trends and highlight key insights.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Accounting Systems & Software
- Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or similar.
- Use Excel comfortably for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain digital records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and company procedures.
- Support audits by providing required documentation.
- Report any gaps in internal controls.
Other Requirements

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
- Experience: 2 years
