- Diploma or Degree in Human resources management/Business Administration
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in the same field.
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good timekeeping
- Good negotiation skills
- Self-motivation
- Good IT skills in Microsoft tool such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the use of internet and e-mails
- Handling payroll systems will be an added advantage.
