Job summary:
Responsible for undertaking administrative tasks and provide assistance to the rest of staffs by carrying out day to day operations of the Company. As an Officer you will be expected to be the first line of contact to visitors who come to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties which include answering calls, schedule meetings
- Provide administrative support for operations team to maintain efficiency
- Administrative support, create and maintain filing and other office duties
- Account management
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
Qualification
- A fresh graduate
- Experience not more than a year

- Team working and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accept and understand instructions
- Ability to work and meet deadlines
