Main Duties
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and survey for the new road projects.
- prepare detailed engineerings designs, drawings, specifications for roadways, drainage, earthworks and pavements using relevant software.prepare bill of quantities(BOQ) cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Designs and model stormwater drainage systems, erosions and sediment control plans.
- Develop and analyze geometric alignments, vertical and horizontal profiles and cross
- sections.
- Supporting project planning by providing cost-related data and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with AQRB, client, and company standards.
- Providing regular reports and updates directly to the Managing Director.
Other Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Must be registered with the Engineers registration Board (ERB) in Tanzania.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven working experience as civil engineers based on road projects.
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering(mandatory)
- A degree or certification in Project Management will be a strong advantage.
