Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Qualifications as an added advantage: Professional bord registration
- General work experience(years): Minimum of 10 years
- Specific to the position(level/discipline/years): 5 years

- Interpersonal skills & co-operative attitude- Ability to work with large teams and people from diverse backgrounds good communication skills
- Integrity- honest and ethical
- Dependability- reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligation
- Analytical thinking-ability to analyse information and using logic to address work related issues and problems
- Attention to details- being careful about details and thorough in completing tasks). Stress tolerance- accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations, work long and odd hours
