Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our retail IT team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience in IT support, eager to grow their skills in ERP systems, networking, and SQL Server within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for retail store systems including POS, printers, and user devices.
- Assist in ERP system user support and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor network connectivity and escalate issues as needed.
- Run basic SQL queries and assist in data extraction for reporting.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Support IT team in system rollouts and store setups.
Other Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in IT support or internship in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
