Main Duties

Business degree or equivalent with sales experience for construction equipment.

Must reside or be willing to relocate whenever needed.

Must possess and display a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to create customer relationships.

Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations. Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.

Ability to use “Value Added” selling techniques and models.
-
Strong financial and negotiating skills are needed. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to trade shows, training sessions as requested

Know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.

Work in a team as well as independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.), including utilizing a customer relationship management system (CRM).

Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
