Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelors in mechanical/Production Engineering is must
- General work experience (years):5 years'experience in Manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical skills,problem solving skills,and planning skills
- Achievement and focused oriented
- Have a pasitive outlook with enthusiasm and good energy
- Ability to be fast paced,self-motivated and prompt
- Capability to wark under pressure and be willing to put in extra hours of work when needed
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship abilities
- Good command of English and Kiswahili languagesExcellent reporting writing skills
- IT literate with cxperience of using Microsott Office(Word,Outlook,Excell and other computerizedsystems such as SAP system
- Effective team player
- Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands
- Excellent personal organizational skills
