Job Requirements

Main Duties

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or similar discipline required

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience - Cloud Services

• Experience in translating business requirements into concrete application monitoring solutions

• The ability to juggle multiple projects at one time while maintaining high-quality output

• The ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and business environment

• Experience guiding SaaS clients through implementation/onboarding is a plus

• Support escalation of implementation issues from multiple engineering/deployment teams

• Coordinate technical solution reviews and pre-deployment checklists with customers and implementation engineers

• Develop design documentation and implementation/deployment plans for privileged account security solutions and identity governance solutions

• Systems architecture experience a must

• In-depth knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, Java preferred

• Modelling & Deploying cloud patterns

• Networking technologies including physical/virtual designs, enterprise network devices and software-defined networking

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best practices and tools

• A positive, self-starter attitude and the desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity

• The ability to earn the confidence and trust of clients and peers in other departments
