Description
- We are looking for a Telesales Team Lead with experience in driving sales and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, and motivate the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and call techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate individual team member performance, providing coaching and support.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients when needed to support the team or close high-value deals.
- Provide accurate and clear information about the company's mobile phone offerings.
- Ensure the telesales team accurately identifies customer needs and closes sales efficiently.
- Coordinate with the retail sales team for walk-in customer referrals and complex inquiries.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the system.
- Generate regular reports on telesales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models and industry trends.
- Be knowledgeable of all products.
Other Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Proven experience in the mobile phone or electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
