Main Duties

Purpose of the job:

1. Coordinate export operations and activities.
2. To interact with clients, mission and account for the report and requirements.
3. To interact and report to the Operations manager for the operations arrangements.
4. To manage report tables and client files on one drive and physical

SECURITY

1. To Do an official vehicle report
2. To Follow security rules
3. To Be able to make a hazardous work zone safe
4. To Know gestures and postures
5. To Warn others of risky situations
6. To Make sure the vehicle is serviced (drivers)

ORGANISATION / MAINTENANCE & SECURITY PLAN

1. To manage the export activities as requested 
2. Coordinate with shipping lines and clearing agent For the documentation and operations requirements
3. To provide all necessary instructions, documentation and information for the good realization of the operation
4. To give instructions to the teams in advance before the operations
5. To prepare the necessary documents for the operations
6.  To monitor loading operations with the coordination of container positioning
7. To warn the Operation Manager of the needs when required on time
8. To report weekly the operations activities to Cooperate accounts and operations manager.
9. To identify the need for training
10. To follow up and report the training when required
11. Ensure that all the exportation documents required are done at every export activity accordingly.
12.  To collect on duly manner documentation from the client accordingly.
13. Ensuring that the instructions given by the operational manager regarding documents …etc.) are duly respected. Failure to fulfil these requirements must be followed by sanctions to the chief of the team.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any related field
• 2- 3 years of working experience in the transportation  Industry

Note: Temporary employment (Project) for 6 months
