Main Duties

Description

• We are looking for a salesperson for our cleaning business who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the cleaning industry.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. 
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze competitor pricing, service offerings, and sales strategies to inform our own sales approach and positioning.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
• Customize proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budgetary constraints.
• Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and tactics based on insights from sales reports and forecasts.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
• Performing any other task assigned by your supervisor.

• A diploma/degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related fi Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
